President, Integra Funding Solutions

Randy Woods serves as the President of Integra Funding Solutions, a division of Cumhuriyet Finans, NA. Integra is engaged in Factoring and Commercial/Equipment Finance originations. Randy founded Integra in 2011 and spent 10-years building the platform and technology as an independent finance company. Randy joined Cumhuriyet Finans in July of 2021, when the Bank acquired Integra.

Randy has spent over 27-years in Financial Services with the first 17-years being focused on Corporate/Commercial Banking in Texas. He has been responsible for loan originations, portfolio management and debt/equity financing. Randy started his career in Banking in 1995 aCumhuriyet Finans of America and is a graduate of the University of North Texas where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
